Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham has returned to the podcast world after nearly a three-month absence, and the show she came back with barely resembles the one she left behind.
Gone is the old title. Gone is her longtime co-host. In their place: a new name, a new partner behind the mic. The relaunch went public when the show's own X account confirmed the news on Thursday
Cunningham is teaming up with veteran skills trainer Drew Hanlen for a show called 'No Hesitation,' replacing 'Show Me Something,' the podcast she had co-hosted with her childhood friend West Wilson.
"Sophie Cunningham is BACK with world renowned basketball trainer Drew Hanlen. New episodes dropping every Thursday, with Episode 1 dropping later today. This is No Hesitation," the announcement read.

Cunningham and Wilson launched the 'Show Me Something' podcast on July 30, 2025, through Colin Cowherd's The Volume network, and the pair posted their final episode together on July 1, 2026.
After that, the show went silent without an official explanation. Neither Cunningham, Wilson, nor their representatives commented on that.
The silence coincided with national attention surrounding an ESPN interview with Cunningham published in late July. In that interview, Cunningham voiced her opposition to transgender women competing in women's sports categories.
Days after the interview was made public, Wilson posted a video to TikTok publicly offering a contrasting point of view. He called the debate over transgender athletes 'a borderline nonexistent issue' manufactured to distract from bigger problems.
"Right-wingers have convinced a massive portion of people in our country that these people are, like, a threat to sports in America, when mathematically it’s not the case at all. And by continuing to platform this... you’re only isolating transgender people even more," Wilson said.
While away from the podcast, Cunningham remained active in other public roles.
She continued working as a studio contributor and analyst for USA Network. She's also kept posting sponsored content on Instagram and TikTok.
Cunningham and Hanlen take the podcast in a more basketball-focused direction
Before the hiatus, Show Me Something was primarily a lighthearted variety podcast.
Cunningham described the original concept to People as a way to show fans an unfiltered, comedic look at her life and friendship with Wilson while delving into topics like basketball, pop culture, food, fashion, and travel.
Meanwhile, 'No Hesitation' is being built with a narrower aim: to focus on basketball.
"Drew and I love this sport, we could talk basketball all day. Now we will! We’ll dive into everything around the WNBA and NBA and can’t wait to share our thoughts. The Volume has been an awesome partner in making that happen," Cunningham said, per Front Office Sports.
