To make matters even more celebration-worthy, Clark showed up to the game in great form after the warm moment posted by the Fever's X account on August 19, 2026.
The Scotiabank Arena was packed with 19,300 viewers in the audience. Clark's performance was top-notch as usual, which helped the Fever's offensive play in the early quarters.
It won the approval and the hearts of the Canadian fans as well.
However, it was Kelsey Mitchell who stole the spotlight in Toronto. She went on to score 16 points in the very first quarter and ended with a total of 29 points.
The Toronto Tempo just couldn't cope with the offensive ability of the team. The first quarter closed with a massive gap of 33-23 in favor of the American team.
In the second quarter, the Toronto Tempo were able to make a small comeback, closing the first half with a 57-49 scoreline in favor of the Fever.
The Fever closed the match with a 101-95 win.
Overall, Caitlin Clark's game started with a warm exchange with the young fan and ended with a dominant victory over the Canadian team on their home ground.
