Olivia Dunne has traded her LSU leotard for an iconic outfit. New set photos reveal her debut role in an upcoming series
The social media sensation bagged a role in the FOX reboot of the famous show ‘Baywatch’ and was spotted sporting the iconic red swimsuit that made the likes of Pamela Anderson and Carmen Electra famous. The pictures come to light courtesy of Page Six and SplashNews.
Dunne will be part of the lifeguard crew on the reboot, which is set to release in January 2027.

Canadian actor Stephen Amell, who also stars in the show, posted a video promotion of the new show on his Instagram on May 24, which featured Dunne in the red one-piece
Even though the show doesn’t air till early next year, Olivia Dunne is already turning heads in her photoshoots from the set.
Dunne herself has also commented on how wearing the iconic red suit made her feel. Per an April 23, 2026, report by Page Six, Dunne understands the history behind the suit.
“That red suit is so well known, and ‘Baywatch’ is such a cultural moment. Putting it on felt like stepping into history.”
Early reports from the show suggest that the former gymnast is playing the role of a young lifeguard named Grace. While this marks her first time in a major production, she is no stranger to being in front of the camera.
Olivia Dunne’s Journey From the Mats to the Sets
Livvy Dunne started her journey as a social media influencer from the time she was doing flips in the LSU gymnasium. The social media star would post behind-the-scenes clips of LSU practice sessions, and fans quickly learned to adore her for her unique brand of humor.
Dunne has since done several commercials, including ads with big brands like Miller Light and athletic wear brand Vuori. She also bagged a commercial with Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end, Travis Kelce, in 2025 for Accelerator Active Energy drinks.
Dunne then attempted to secure a role on the famous TV show ‘White Lotus’, which she ended up not getting. She spoke about the experience on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
“I was obviously so nervous. It was different, because [for] gymnastics, usually you just go out there and perform on a four-inch beam, but this, I have to talk and perform and play someone else.”
Per a report by People, Dunne has been actively taking acting classes as well. They seem to have paid off, as she is officially part of the ‘Baywatch’ cast now.
