Former gymnast and actor Livvy Dunne says she felt unsafe after grown men crowded her at an airport, some even attempting to follow her into the women’s bathroom.
Dunne posted a TikTok on June 30 describing how men bought refundable tickets to bypass security and seek her autograph. She warned that the incident crossed a line from fandom into stalking.
"You guys aren’t fans. You’re professionals," Dunne said in that video. "You’re recording me on Meta glasses, getting my autograph, and you’re going to sell it. That’s fine, but last night, I didn’t feel safe at the airport."
Dunne added that her sister had to stop some of the men from entering the women’s bathroom, preventing what could have escalated further, as per a report by Just Jared.
"I do have security, and I could fly private," she explained. "But should a woman have to change her behavior because men can’t handle the word no? That’s my point."

Dunne emphasized that while she has security and the option to fly private, men should respect boundaries and consent rather than forcing women to alter their routines.
She had discussed similar problems with NBC News on May 31, 2025, noting that people had obtained her flight details and waited at airports to ambush her for autographs.
So what has made Dunne so popular that people keep crowding her at airports for her autographs?
Livvy Dunne's Rise to Fame
Dunne became one of the most recognizable athletes in college sports after signing an NCAA NIL deal in 2021, per ESPN.
She helped LSU win its first national championship in 2024 and simultaneously built a modeling career, debuting in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit in 2023.
Dunne retired from gymnastics on April 21, 2025, to focus on modeling and acting.
During her recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on May 13, Dunne revealed that she auditioned for a role in the series The White Lotus, but was rejected before receiving her first green light to play Grace in the upcoming Baywatch series, which is a reboot of the original 1989 series.
Dunne’s fame has made her a target for autograph seekers, but she insists that safety must come first.
