Despite leaving gymnastics behind her, Olivia 'Livvy' Dunne is proving that she has not abandoned her athletic roots just yet.
The former LSU gymnast and social media star recently shared a short and sweet 30-second leg workout video with Tom Brady's fitness brand Nobull.
In the clip posted on Instagram, Dunne looked amazing in an athletic-ready look as she took her followers through a speedy leg-day session, while showing off the results of years of gymnastics training.

Dunne's best days as a gymnast are already behind her, following a successful career as a social media influencer and now also as an actor.
But talking about her workout routine and not mentioning her stint with the Tigers would feel like a crime.
Dunne was a part of LSU's national championship victory in 2024, the first national title in program history. The team also posted the highest SEC championship score in school history.
Dunne played an important role in the championship, mainly competing on uneven bars with a career-high score of 9.925 and occasionally on the floor exercise.
Dunne announced her retirement from gymnastics on April 17, 2025, as the change of rules in the NIL in 2021 made her the highest-paid NCAA athlete and allowed her a career outside of athletics.
Livvy Dunne Now Has a Growing Career Outside of Gymnastics
It seemed like after college, Dunne did not leave a single opportunity untouched. She is now a brand ambassador, influencer, and model, and is about to make her silver screen debut in FOX's reboot of the iconic Baywatch series.
The former LSU gymnast will play the role of Grace, a "highly enthusiastic junior lifeguard". While it was recently reported that her time on the screen would be limited, Dunne could potentially earn other opportunities following this stint.
In 2025, Dunne's endorsements valued her at $4.1 million, still maintaining her richest NCAA athlete mantle, per On3.
Dunne's earnings also surpassed those of Paige Bueckers and Flau'jae Johnson, whose endorsements were both valued at $1.5 million each.
Dunne was No. 4 overall on the list, behind only football players Arch Manning ($6.5 million) and Carson Beck ($4.3 million) and basketball player Cooper Flagg ($4.8 million).
From one of the best gymnasts around and an NCAA champion to a multi-talented phenomenon changing the game one profession at a time, the sky is the limit for Olivia 'Livvy' Dunne.
So, what endeavour do you think Livvy Dunne will pick next, if there's any even remaining? Let us know in the comments.
