Minnesota Lynx star Courtney Williams was in good spirits following Team Spoon's 129-122 victory against Team Coop at this year's WNBA All-Star Game.
Speaking to reporter Andrew Dukowitz on Tuesday alongside Olivia Miles, Williams, sporting blue hair after last year's pink hair experiment with Studbudz Natasha Hiedeman, credited the team's performance in her own style.
"Man, I guess we turned it up again," Williams said after the break. "You know, them folks ain't think we could do it like that, but we did it like that. So, I guess part three next year."

Williams has earned All-Star honors in 2021, 2025, and 2026. So her admitting to going back-to-back-to-back means the 32-year-old has no signs of slowing down just yet.
It was the first WNBA All-Star Game in Chicago since 2022. This time, the marquee event was played in front of a record crowd of 19,783 at the United Center instead of the smaller Wintrust Arena in downtown Chicago.
And why wouldn't it be, as it was the league's 30th anniversary All-Star Game. Williams definitely played her part with 12 points and 7 assists in just 19 minutes.
Apart from Williams, the Lynx were well represented throughout the weekend.
Natasha Howard and Miles were also part of the All-Star Game, and Lynx head coach Cheryl Reeve coached Team Spoon to victory.
Miles was one of the players fans were paying attention to, as the No. 2 overall draft pick is easily having one of the best rookie seasons in WNBA history.
Olivia Miles Had a Special All-Star Weekend
Miles was the only rookie selected to the roster, and she posted a solid 11 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists. While she was there, Miles asked veteran players how hard she should play. To Kayla McBride, that's "pretty on brand" for Miles.
"Always asking questions, I just always go back to that," McBride said. "She's just a kid, she's 23 years old, so she's doing all these things for the first time. She wants to do it right. She wants to do it correctly. It's just who she is."
Apart from Miles' on-court performance, the young star got the exposure a usual All-Star weekend would provide.
"We were all just vibing and having fun," Miles said. "I was talking to (actor) Kiki Palmer and just random people who I would have never met if it weren't for basketball."
Other notable attendees included former President Barack Obama, actor Issa Rae, NBA star Kevin Durant and commercial favorite Jake from State Farm. Jake, in particular, was a highlight for Miles and Williams.
While the Lynx are sitting pretty in first place, the team has 12 games before the break for the FIBA World Cup and four games afterward.
The break will last from August 31 to September 17. Reeve said the Lynx will practice during that break, but some will get time off for those not participating.
"If we're not in sprint mode, obviously, we'll lose the race," Reeve said, as out of the Lynx's 16 games remaining, 12 are against teams still in playoff contention.
So, with star player Napheesa Collier also back to the hardwood, are the Minnesota Lynx the favorites to lift the title this season? Let us know in the comments.
