Caitlin Clark reveals the Fever teammate who never changes, no matter her role

Indiana’s 98-87 victory over Dallas moved the Fever to 22-12, but Caitlin Clark stole attention for another reason. The Fever star had a heartfelt message for one teammate, revealing the special place that player holds within Indiana’s locker room.

While speaking with the media, Clark claimed that Ty Harris is probably one of the best teammates she has had.

"You know, Ty is probably one of the best teammates I've had. Like she's always there supporting everybody, like uplifting everybody,” said Clark.

Harris has been one of the teammates defending Clark from the very start.

Even amid the recent buzz surrounding the Indiana star, Harris rejected the notion that the Fever have any locker-room issues with anyone on the team, including Caitlin Clark.

The Indiana Fever’s X handle personally shared Clark’s confession, where she expressed how much fun it is to watch her teammate play.

"So, it's really fun to see her kind of like come into her own and thrive. And whether she plays two minutes of 20 minutes, she's the same person in the locker room, and shows up and works every single day,” said Clark.

Harris joined the Fever earlier this year after a veteran career with the Dallas Wings and Connecticut Sun, and as soon as she arrived, she made sure to leave her mark on the Fever.

While Caitlin Clark has confessed her feelings about her new guard, Harris isn’t far behind, as she also has some kind words for the Indiana Fever star.

Ty Harris praises Caitlin Clark after another stellar night

Friday night certainly came up big for the Indiana Fever as they defeated the Dallas Wings in a statement 98-87 victory.

While the first half was somewhat underwhelming for Indiana, their offense exploded in the second half with 63 points, and Caitlin Clark was instrumental in the turnaround.

C.C. once again put together a dominant outing, finishing the game with 29 points while adding 10 assists, three rebounds, and a steal to help secure the victory.

Following her brilliant performance against the Dallas Wings, Ty Harris had nothing but praise for her.

“I’m in awe watching CC play. Sometimes it’s like it’s normal and — it’s not. So, it’s just great to be on her side officially,” said Harris, per WNBA insider James Boyd.

Clark has remained at the top of her game throughout the season. Despite a few injury scares, she has averaged 21.9 points, 8.3 assists, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.0 steal per game across 30 appearances.

With roughly a month and a half left in the regular season, Clark ranks third in the WNBA, just behind Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson and her Indiana teammate Kelsey Mitchell.
