Aryna Sabalenka vs. Coco Gauff Net Worth: Who's banking more in 2026?

Aryna Sabalenka and Coco Gauff are two of the biggest names in women’s tennis, but their financial standings tell a different story from their current positions on the court.

As of August 2026, Gauff has the higher estimated net worth at $35 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth, while Sabalenka is estimated at $22 million.

That gives Gauff a $13 million advantage, even though Sabalenka currently sits at No. 1 in the WTA rankings and Gauff is No. 4.

Coco Gauff has the net worth edge

Gauff's financial rise has been almost as impressive as her climb up the tennis ladder. The 22-year-old has become one of the sport's most marketable players, with a long list of major brands behind her.

New Balance, Bose, Chase, Fanatics, Head, Mercedes-Benz, Rolex, UPS and Baker Tilly are among the companies associated with Gauff. That commercial appeal has translated into huge annual earnings, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Forbes named Gauff the highest-paid female athlete in 2024 and again in 2025. She earned an estimated $34.4 million in 2024 and $33 million in 2025, including endorsements. Sabalenka ranked second in 2025 with $30 million.

Gauff has won two Grand Slam singles titles, including the 2023 US Open and 2025 French Open, along with the 2024 French Open doubles title with Katerina Siniakova.

But the biggest difference between her tennis earnings and overall wealth is that Gauff has made a huge amount of money away from the court.

Aryna Sabalenka is making big money too

Sabalenka, the Belarusian star, is estimated to be worth $22 million by Celebrity Net Worth. And while her current position at No. 1 gives her the edge competitively, Sabalenka has also built a strong commercial portfolio.

Her sponsors include Nike, Wilson, Audemars Piguet, Fanatics, Master & Dynamic, and Whoop. She has also invested in Beekeeper's Naturals and Olipop, giving her income streams beyond tournament checks and endorsement contracts.

World No. 1 has won six Grand Slams, with the Australian Open in 2023 and 2024 and the US Open in 2024 and 2025, while her doubles titles came at the 2019 US Open and 2021 Australian Open alongside Elise Mertens.

Forbes ranked Sabalenka as the second-highest-paid female athlete in 2025, with estimated earnings of $30 million. She was fifth in 2024 after earning an estimated $18.7 million.

That makes the financial gap between them more interesting. Gauff has the bigger overall net worth, but Sabalenka has been right there with her when it comes to annual earnings.

Sabalenka vs. Gauff: Who is winning financially?

For now, Coco Gauff is ahead.

Her estimated $35 million net worth is $13 million higher than Sabalenka's $22 million. The biggest reason is Gauff's enormous commercial appeal, which has made her one of the highest-paid women in sports despite being just 22.

There is also an interesting contrast in their on-court earnings as of August 2026. According to the WTA, Sabalenka has earned around $5.16 million, while Gauff has earned $4.43 million.

That pretty much sums up the difference between their financial stories. Sabalenka is winning the ranking battle, but Gauff is winning the wealth battle, so far.

And with both players still in their 20s, neither financial lead should be viewed as permanent; their success on the WTA Tour could change the picture quickly.
